Job Summary
To ensure customer satisfaction, the full-time Bilingual Advocacy Specialist will manage escalated inquiries and resolve complex issues while working remotely and maintaining professionalism according to company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and resolve real-time escalation calls and customer inquiries via phone and email
- Serve as Supervisor-on-duty every Saturday, managing shift needs and customer escalations
- Manage Customer Experience inboxes and follow up on social media reviews and escalated issues
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 6+ months of experience as a customer experience specialist
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or help desk environment preferred
- Strong accountability and critical thinking skills
