Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal Bilingual Agent Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spend the day taking calls from insurance agents and assisting with ACA enrollment
- Learn and navigate the ACA enrollment process to help agents enroll clients
- Support agents by troubleshooting platform issues and answering inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish
- Previous customer service experience
- 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience
- A dedicated remote work space with necessary equipment and minimal distractions
- Availability for the specified training and work hours
