Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Pennsylvania, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, or West Virginia
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Proven customer service experience is necessary
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
• Ability to meet work-from-home requirements, including a high-speed wired internet connection
