Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Pennsylvania, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, or West Virginia
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Proven customer service experience is necessary
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is required
• Ability to work the specified schedule, including weekends and holidays
