Job Summary
Supporting OMRI's mission to uphold organic integrity, the full-time Bilingual Application Specialist will provide customer service to current and prospective clients via phone and email, assist with the application process, and perform administrative tasks related to product retention and revenue generation, with the option for remote or hybrid work.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through service requests and ensuring a positive experience
- Assist clients in submitting compliance applications and coordinate with the finance team for invoicing and payments
- Engage in outreach to clients and potential clients, enhancing resources for client education on OMRI policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of general office or administrative experience required
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in standard office software and superior written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
