Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appointment Coordinator - Bilingual Preferred (Pacific Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth qualification on over 100 leads daily and follow the established lead process
  • Engage with prospective patients through a CRM tool to arrange consultations
  • Establish and meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or sales goals
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to handle a large volume of outbound calls and chats (100+/day)
  • Experience using a CRM tool
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Full-time and weekend availability as required
