Job Summary
A company is looking for an Appointment Coordinator - Bilingual Preferred (Pacific Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth qualification on over 100 leads daily and follow the established lead process
- Engage with prospective patients through a CRM tool to arrange consultations
- Establish and meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or sales goals
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Ability to handle a large volume of outbound calls and chats (100+/day)
- Experience using a CRM tool
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Full-time and weekend availability as required
