Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Assistant Account Manager I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming payer/applicant calls and emails, resolving issues related to payment accounts
  • Assist payers/applicants in account setup and provide information to educate them on their accounts
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve payer/applicant issues, ensuring high-quality service
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate required; at least 2 years of college/technical school preferred
  • Two years of related work experience
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed department standards
  • Accountable and willing to take ownership of tasks
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
