Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Assistant Account Manager I.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming payer/applicant calls and emails, resolving issues related to payment accounts
- Assist payers/applicants in account setup and provide information to educate them on their accounts
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve payer/applicant issues, ensuring high-quality service
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate required; at least 2 years of college/technical school preferred
- Two years of related work experience
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed department standards
- Accountable and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
