Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Account Manager - Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming payer/applicant phone calls and emails, resolving issues related to payment accounts
- Assist payers/applicants in setting up accounts and provide necessary information regarding their accounts
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve payer/applicant issues, demonstrating ownership on escalated calls
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate; preferred at least 2 years of college/technical school or equivalent work experience
- Two years of related work experience
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed department standards
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
