Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Account Manager - Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming payer/applicant phone calls and emails, resolving issues related to payment accounts
  • Assist payers/applicants in setting up accounts and provide necessary information regarding their accounts
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve payer/applicant issues, demonstrating ownership on escalated calls
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate; preferred at least 2 years of college/technical school or equivalent work experience
  • Two years of related work experience
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed department standards
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
