Job Summary
Fluent in both Spanish and English, the remote Bilingual Automotive Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries regarding automotive parts, utilizing client systems and providing expert recommendations while working from home in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate customer part inquiries using client systems
- Provide verification and recommendations on correct auto parts requirements
- Maintain database case notes and stay current on relevant automotive knowledge
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
- 1 - 2 years of Automotive Parts Counter experience
- Additional Automotive Parts training or certifications are a plus
- PC and keyboarding skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
