Job Summary

Offering a fully remote opportunity, the Bilingual Automotive Service Advisor will leverage over five years of hands-on automotive experience to provide technical support, assess repair recommendations, and ensure maintenance schedules are followed within a fast-paced call center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support based on real-world automotive mechanical experience
• Assess the necessity and accuracy of recommended repairs and ensure fair pricing for maintenance work
• Maintain individual performance metrics and contribute positively to team morale in a remote setting

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French
• Valid mechanic's license 310S or 310T
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a contact center setting (asset)
• Post-secondary education (e.g., college diploma, certificate, or apprenticeship) (asset)
