Bilingual Automotive Service Technician

Job Summary

Offering a fully remote opportunity, the full-time Bilingual Automotive Service Technician will provide technical support, assess repair recommendations, and ensure maintenance work is performed accurately while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support based on automotive mechanical experience
• Assess the necessity and accuracy of recommended repairs and ensure maintenance schedules are followed
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and document savings realized through technical reviews

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French
• Valid mechanic's license 310S or 310T
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair
• Experience in a contact center setting (preferred)
• Post-secondary education (e.g., college diploma, certificate, or apprenticeship) (preferred)
