Key Responsibilities

• Document interactions and communicate request requirements to consumers and field representatives

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience in a virtual call center environment
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and verbal
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
• Experience in consumer recruitment, education, or related fields
• Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
