Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Assessment-Focused Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a remote telehealth position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments using various methods including caregiver interviews and video capture
• Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans aligned with medical necessity and ensure clinical readiness for case assignment
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prepare cases for transition to ongoing clinical teams

Required Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a BCBA
• At least 1 year of experience focused on Functional Behavior Assessments preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
