Bilingual Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager (Bilingual, Spanish and English).

Key Responsibilities

• Accept patient handoffs and continue care while developing rapport and a therapeutic environment
• Guide patients in developing skills for managing problems and triggers, and educate them on medication adherence
• Assess patient risk, formulate crisis interventions, and monitor patient progress through validated assessments

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Google Suite
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records and strong data entry skills
• Familiarity with CBT, Behavioral Health Assessments, and Motivational Interviewing
