Bilingual Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager (Bilingual, Spanish and English) to work remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept patient handoffs and continue care by developing rapport and a safe therapeutic environment
• Guide patients in skill development for managing problems and triggers, and monitor medication adherence
• Assess patient risk, formulate crisis interventions, and maintain required records while ensuring confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health discipline
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Google Suite
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records and data entry
• Knowledge of CBT, Behavioral Health Assessments, and Motivational Interviewing
