Job Summary

Supporting customers remotely, the full-time Bilingual Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, providing accurate information and resolutions while navigating multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding retirement-related inquiries and benefit information
• Provide timely and accurate resolutions while managing a steady call volume
• Maintain a professional and positive experience for every caller

Required qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish
• Previous customer service and/or call center experience
• Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• Successful completion of a background check
