Job Summary
Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Benefits Call Center Representative will assist customers by answering inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, managing a steady call volume while providing accurate and timely resolutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls regarding retirement-related inquiries and benefit information
- Navigate multiple systems to provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries
- Maintain a professional and positive experience for every caller while managing a high volume of calls
Required qualifications:
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
