Job Summary
Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Benefits Call Center Representative will assist customers with retirement-related inquiries and benefit information while managing a high volume of inbound calls in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, providing accurate information and timely resolutions
- Manage call volume effectively while navigating multiple systems and maintaining a professional demeanor
- Ensure a positive customer experience by actively listening and addressing sensitive inquiries with empathy and attention to detail
Required qualifications
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment
- Knowledge of healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits is preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Successful completion of a background check and must be 18 years of age or older
