Job Summary

As a Seasonal Bilingual Benefits Customer Service Representative, the role will assist Spanish or French and English-speaking clients with enrollment and updates to their health care and pension plans, working remotely while being available for occasional in-office requirements near Tempe, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport and respond compassionately to customers in Spanish or French, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Translate complex health and pension information into clear, understandable instructions for clients
  • Safeguard confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and company data security requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish or French with excellent language skills in English
  • Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call center
  • High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of multitasking across multiple applications
  • Ability to work autonomously in a structured, remote environment
