Job Summary
As a Seasonal Bilingual Benefits Customer Service Representative, the role will assist Spanish or French and English-speaking clients with enrollment and updates to their health care and pension plans, working remotely while being available for occasional in-office requirements near Tempe, Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport and respond compassionately to customers in Spanish or French, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Translate complex health and pension information into clear, understandable instructions for clients
- Safeguard confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and company data security requirements
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish or French with excellent language skills in English
- Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call center
- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of multitasking across multiple applications
- Ability to work autonomously in a structured, remote environment
