Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Benefits Call Center Representative will assist customers by answering inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, managing a steady call volume while providing accurate and timely resolutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding retirement-related inquiries and benefit information
  • Navigate multiple systems to provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a professional and positive experience for every caller while managing call volume
Required qualifications
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in both English and Spanish
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Successful completion of a background check
