Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Benefits Call Center Representative will assist customers with retirement-related inquiries and benefit information while managing a high volume of inbound calls in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, providing accurate information and resolutions
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining a steady call volume and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Handle sensitive customer information with empathy and professionalism, meeting performance expectations
Required qualifications
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Successful completion of a background check
