Job Summary
Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Benefits Call Center Representative will assist customers with retirement-related inquiries and benefits information while managing a high volume of inbound calls in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, providing accurate information and resolutions
- Manage call volume effectively while navigating multiple systems and maintaining attention to detail
- Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience, adhering to guidelines and performance expectations
Required qualifications
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Successful completion of a background check and must be 18 years of age or older
