Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits
  • Process all Leave of Absences and benefit-related changes in the HRIS system
  • Complete monthly vendor invoice reconciliation and payment
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish is a must
  • 1 - 2 years of prior benefit or HR administration experience
  • Experience processing Leave of Absences
  • Workday experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience; CEBS certification preferred
