Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits
Process all Leave of Absences and benefit-related changes in the HRIS system
Complete monthly vendor invoice reconciliation and payment

Required Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish is a must
1 - 2 years of prior benefit or HR administration experience
Experience processing Leave of Absences
Workday experience is preferred
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience; CEBS certification preferred
