Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to design and execute probing prompts and provide feedback on outputs
• Identify potential weaknesses and vulnerabilities in models to improve accuracy and safety
• Stay updated on techniques and tools to ensure model security and perform red teaming tasks on sensitive topics

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in data labeling, AI, and content moderation
• 5+ years of bilingual proficiency in Bengali
• Strong experience with data annotation tools and techniques
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
