Job Summary

Bilingual Bookkeeping Specialist is a part-time, remote position responsible for supporting client bookkeeping functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting, while ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks under supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support client bookkeeping functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting
  • Ensure deadlines for accounting month-end are met and assist in tax preparation as needed
  • Organize and document processes and procedures for efficient bookkeeping operations
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Experience using bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks)
  • Two-year accounting degree preferred
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana or similar tools
