Job Summary

A company is looking for a Burmese Agent to provide audio and video remote interpreting for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate effective audio and video remote interpreting
• Answer inbound calls promptly
• Provide superior customer service and adhere to professional conduct standards

Required Qualifications:

• Full fluency in both English and Burmese
• Proficiency in technology, including web-based platforms and Microsoft Office
• Preferred: Professional interpreting experience and industry certifications/trainings
• Preferred: Proof of 40+ hour medical interpreting training
