Key Responsibilities

• Oversee translation and reproduction requests, ensuring timelines and quality expectations are met

• Review translated documents for accuracy and coordinate with internal partners on various communications

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Experience managing multiple projects independently in a deadline-driven environment
• Background in project coordination, vendor management, or business process analysis
• Working knowledge of healthcare or health insurance communications is preferred
