Job Summary

Driving strategic projects and ensuring operational excellence, the full-time Bilingual Business Project Lead will work remotely to optimize business processes, enhance data flows, and foster collaboration across departments within the Contact Center Services & Solutions division.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and data analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
• Lead the integration of fraud detection systems and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage strategic projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum five years of experience in business analysis or data analysis within the financial services industry
• At least three years of project management experience focusing on strategic initiatives
• Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional or Project Management Professional preferred
• Advanced proficiency in data modeling and business process modeling
