Job Summary

Providing high-level customer service solutions, the full-time Bilingual Call Center Agent will manage inbound calls, assess customer needs, and ensure satisfaction while working remotely with flexible hours from 11 am to 7 pm.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage large volumes of inbound calls and document customer interactions accurately
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions while meeting sales targets
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution of complaints
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
  • Proficient in typing and familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
