Job Summary
Bilingual Call Center Agent - CA will manage member inquiries and provide eligibility and benefit information in a remote, full-time capacity, utilizing an automated system to address calls and document interactions in a CRM solution.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to basic to moderately complex member questions and forward calls as necessary
- Research inquiries and document call details in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Conduct outbound calls to members based on customer direction or business needs
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- At least 6 months of customer service or telephone experience; dental experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
- Experience with computer software and telephone technology, including help desk software
- Completion of the Harver Assessment during the interview process
