Job Summary

Bilingual Call Center Agent - CA will manage member inquiries and provide eligibility and benefit information in a remote, full-time capacity, utilizing an automated system to address calls and document interactions in a CRM solution.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to basic to moderately complex member questions and forward calls as necessary
  • Research inquiries and document call details in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Conduct outbound calls to members based on customer direction or business needs
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • At least 6 months of customer service or telephone experience; dental experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
  • Experience with computer software and telephone technology, including help desk software
  • Completion of the Harver Assessment during the interview process
