Job Summary
Bilingual Call Center Agent - CA will respond to member inquiries regarding eligibility and benefits, manage calls using an automated system, and document interactions in a CRM, all while working remotely on an hourly basis.
Key responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and respond to member questions or forward calls as necessary
- Research inquiries and document results in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Conduct outbound calls to members based on customer direction or business needs
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service or telephone experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Dental experience preferred
- Experience with computer software and telephone technology
