Bilingual Call Center Nurse RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Nurse RN, HouseCalls - Bilingual - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform telephonic outreach to members for follow-up and education post HouseCalls visit
• Assist members in scheduling appointments with their Primary Care Provider or specialty providers
• Provide patient education on disease processes and connect members to community resources as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Compact RN license in the state of residence
• 3+ years of clinical experience in relevant healthcare settings
• Computer proficiency for data entry in electronic clinical records
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Ability to work efficiently in a production-driven environment
