Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Must be based in or around El Paso, Texas
• Ability to maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions
• Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
