Bilingual Call Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent in Miami.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and concerns regarding their citations
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
• Meet call center metrics while delivering excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a high-volume inbound call center or customer service environment
• Bilingual in English and Haitian-Creole; fluency in Spanish is preferable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technology navigation
