Bilingual Call Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative Spanish Bilingual for Roadside Assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance
• Understand and document the nature of the member's distress while ensuring their immediate safety
• Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills
• Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
