Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full Time Bilingual Call Center Representative - Eligibility Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide enrollment assistance for insurance programs and education to eligible members
• Access, interpret, and update customer data in various online systems
• Respond to customer inquiries and document all encounters in appropriate databases

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work Mon - Fri from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Must have a quiet, secluded working environment with high-speed internet
• Agree to no time off for the first 60 days of employment
