Bilingual Call Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Call Center Representative who is fluent in Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and professional manner
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
• Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and document customer claims

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer
• Wired, high-speed internet connection for remote work
• Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts including the training period
