Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative Spanish Bilingual - Roadside Assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance
• Document details of member distress accurately and ensure their immediate safety
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills
• Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
