A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative (English & French).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support in both English and French

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and French (verbal and written)
• 2+ years of call center or customer service experience
• Proficiency with CRM tools and call center systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable high-speed internet connection
• Experience in high-volume call center operations is preferred
