Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative who is able to speak fluent French or Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle breakdowns and schedule preventive maintenance services
- Manage workflow by coordinating with technicians and customers to ensure service needs are met
- Handle incoming calls and process customer service requests on various topics
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Three or more years of experience in customer service with issue resolution
- Must be bilingual, fluent in French or Spanish
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
