Bilingual Call Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative (Relationship Coordinator).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their needs
• Create and follow up on Long-Term Care Leads and Personal Care service requests in Salesforce
• Schedule appointments for various services and document all call interactions in the system

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Fluency in English and an additional language
• Experience in member or customer service
• Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of working in a remote environment
