Providing exceptional bilingual customer support, the remote Bilingual Call Center Representative will assist members with inquiries and issue resolution while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional bilingual customer service through inbound and outbound calls
• Assist members with questions, concerns, and issue resolution in a professional manner
• Document customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams for quality member support

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Minimum 6 months of call center and customer service experience
• Experience using CRM systems and help desk software
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
