Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional bilingual customer service through inbound and outbound calls
- Assist members with questions, concerns, and issue resolution in a professional manner
- Document customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams for quality member support
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Minimum 6 months of call center and customer service experience
- Experience using CRM systems and help desk software
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
