Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Bilingual Call Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle approximately 45-75 inbound calls daily, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Create and manage service requests while maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Utilize knowledge base articles to provide consistent and accurate information to callers
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Experience with keyword searching; Boolean search skills are a plus
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred but not required
