Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Call Center Representative will field incoming calls for emergency roadside assistance, ensuring members receive immediate attention while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance and document details accurately
• Ensure member safety and relay critical information to expedite the dispatching process
• Maintain a compassionate demeanor during high-intensity calls and collaborate with the team for smooth operations

Required qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, with call center experience preferred
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills
• Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
