Providing exceptional bilingual customer support, the remote Bilingual Call Center Representative will assist members through inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues while ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional bilingual customer service through inbound and outbound calls
- Assist members with questions, concerns, and issue resolution in a professional and empathetic manner
- Document customer interactions and resolutions within CRM and ticketing systems
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Minimum 6 months of call center and customer service experience required
- Experience using CRM systems and help desk software
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
