Job Summary
Delivering exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Bilingual Call Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries and resolutions, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle approximately 45-75 inbound calls daily, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Create and manage service requests while maintaining detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards, escalating complex calls as necessary
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Experience with keyword searching (Boolean search skills a plus)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus but not required
