Job Summary
Compassionately delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Bilingual Call Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries and issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle approximately 45-75 inbound calls per day, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Create and manage service requests while maintaining detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Utilize knowledge base articles to provide accurate information and escalate complex calls when necessary
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, particularly in a phone-based environment (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Experience with keyword searching; Boolean search skills are a plus
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus but not required
