Job Summary

Compassionately delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Contract Bilingual Call Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries and issues, and maintain accurate documentation while working remotely from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle approximately 45-75 inbound calls per day, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Create and manage service requests based on customer needs while adhering to compliance standards
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and escalate complex calls as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Experience with keyword searching (Boolean search skills a plus)
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus but not required
