Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Bilingual Call Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries and issues, and maintain accurate documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle approximately 45-75 inbound calls daily, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Utilize knowledge base articles to provide accurate and consistent information while creating and managing service requests
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and escalate complex calls as necessary
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred, with a focus on phone-based support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Experience with keyword searching; Boolean search skills are a plus
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred but not required
