Job Summary
To support customer inquiries regarding employee and retiree annuity benefits, the full-time Bilingual Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls related to retirement and benefits inquiries while managing a steady call volume
- Navigate multiple systems to provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer questions
- Deliver a professional and positive experience for every caller, ensuring attention to detail and empathy
Required qualifications
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Successful completion of a background check
